A little bit about Sally

Hello, I'm Sally, the heart and soul behind Gelato Home Decor.

I was born with a significant visual impairment, a challenge that shaped my life from childhood through adulthood. Navigating the world with limited sight brought its share of obstacles, but it also taught me to see the world differently. It wasn't until the solitude of the COVID pandemic that I truly began to reflect on my future. In those quiet moments, I realised that I wanted to create something meaningful — a legacy that would not only define me but also inspire others. And so, Gelato Home Decor was born.

 

My journey has shown me that true vision isn't about what we physically see, but how we choose to view the world around us. I made a conscious decision to focus on my abilities rather than my disability, drawing inspiration from the power I have to uplift others. My brand's vision is simple yet profound: to illuminate lives and ignite dreams.
